    Ingredients:

    • 6 Medium Eggs
    • 1 Large Tomato, Thickly Sliced
    • 1-~ Pounds of Fresh Spinach
    • 1-1/2 Cups of Milk
    • 1/4 Cup of Flour
    • 3 Ounces of Grated Parmesan Cheese
    • 2 Ounces of Butter
    • 3 Tablespoons of Light Cream
    • 1 Tablespoon of Earthrise® Spirulina
    • 1/2 teaspoon of Celery Salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon of Seasoned Salt
    • 1 Dash of Salt

    Instructions:

    • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees
    • Wash the spinach and chop into big pieces and place into a medium bowl, sprinkling the salt over it
    • Mix the spinach with half of the butter, the seasonings and the Earthrise® Spirulina
    • Put the mixture into an over-proof dish
    • Make the cheese sauce by melting the remaining butter in a saucepan over a low heat
    • Blend the flour into the cheese until completely mixed and then cook for another minute
    • Turn the heat off, slowly pour the milk into the pan while constantly stirring and then bring to a boil, still constantly stirring
    • Cook for another 2 minutes
    • Stir in a little more than half of the cheese and take the pan off of the stove
    • Poach the eggs lightly then arrange on the spinach in the oven-proof dish
    • Add the cream to the cheese sauce and then pour over the spinach and the eggs
    • Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the eggs
    • Bake in the oven until golden brown (about 10 minutes)
    • Arrange the tomato slices on the eggs
